I received information today alerting me to this recent opinion from the WA Court of Appeals Division III in a case which Arian Noma had prosecuted, and who obtained a conviction of the sex offender in question. (It came to me in an email which was apparently also sent to a number of other media outlets and county officials.)

But this successful appeal, because of Noma's treatment of jurors in violation of the law, reverses the sex offender's convictions and sends the case back to Okanogan County for a new trial.

Here is the case info at WA Courts .

The text of the opinion can be downloaded there, or it is also attached to this post below.

It seems that Mr. Noma has now entered private practice, with his own firm.
