Petulant WA governor threatens entire state

Petulant WA Governor Jay Inslee threatens to rollback the entire state to "Phase 1" if complaints about some counties going back to "Phase 2" don't stop.

I haven't been able to verify that he actually said something like this so far, but it fits well with how Jay Inslee has behaved over the past year.
