There was an interesting post yesterday about one of our own legislators...

Tim Eyman posted this interesting post yesterday, about one of our own state legislators, Brad Hawkins, in the 12th District.

Donkeys in Olympia can pass anything they want right now. They’ve got more than enough votes to impose all the crazy crap on their own.

But there are a handful of politically smart Democrats (like former Speaker Frank Chopp) who know that controversial bills passed only by Democrats puts any political blowback on them and them alone.

So the Dems are constantly searching for turncoat Republicans to give them political cover.

All it takes is 1 Republican for the bipartisan label.

They found one. “Republican” Brad Hawkins from Wenatchee voted w/ all the Democrats yesterday to take away your right to vote.
